Jesus is our True Happiness
Our heart and our soul cannot be perfectly Happy and at Peace unless
it is freed from the burden of sin; unless it is reconciled with God.
It is Jesus Christ alone, who takes away the burden of sin upon HIMSELF
and brings Joy and tranquility in our heart.
Jesus is the True Peace1,
who alone has the Grace to console our fears and our anxieties and to
bring them to stillness in HIM. It is Christ alone, who grants us the
Grace to be at Peace in our misery and wretchedness.
Our heart
longs to be nourished with Love. It is Jesus Christ alone, who is True
love– the 'LOVE' who suffered for our sins and died for our sins. It is
the love of Christ that satisfies2 the deepest longing and needs of our heart and fills the emptiness in our heart.
Jesus
is the wisdom of God . It is HE alone, who has the words of Eternal
life. It is HIS way of love that brings us on the path of contentment
and Happiness and keeps us secure.
1. It is by the sacrifice of Jesus's Blood that we are brought to reconciliation with God.
2. The worldly things bring momentary happiness to our heart. But Jesus Christ brings Eternal Happiness to our heart and soul. HE alone is the true satisfaction of our heart.

Perfect sacrifice
In one act of Jesus's death on the cross, HE took away the sins of generations to come- for, HE was the Perfect sacrifice.
Only a perfect1 sacrifice has the Grace to remedy the sins of the world.
Christ alone- is the way to salvation.
1. Blameless; sinless; spotless lamb.

The Greatness of God's Love
HE condescended in the form of human being- for the sake of our love.
HE suffered the pain and became a squirming worm on the cross- for the sake of our love.
We crucified HIM, nevertheless, HE forgave us- for the sake of our love.
In the weakness and stubbornness of our human nature we defy HIM (who created us in HIS love) but HE patiently waits for our return- for the sake of our Love.
HE resurrected from the dead (to give us the hope of Eternal Life)- for the sake of our love.
He took the burden of our sins upon HIMSELF and gave us the gift of HIS love.
HE hides HIS pain and shows us HIS Love.
The magnificence of HIS Faithful Love and HIS infinite Mercy is proclaimed- the intensity of HIS unfathomable pain remains hidden and obscure- for the sake of our love.

Christ is Triumphant
We all have done shameful and guilty things, for which we feel remorse and regret in our heart.
Verily, Christian life is not meant to be bogged down with guilt feelings.
Christian life is resilient1- for Christ is Triumphant2.
1. When we fall into sin- in our faith in Christ, we must rise again. For in Christ alone, we overcome our sins and the world within us.
2. Victorious over sin and death- HE has conquered the world.

Christ is Love. Love is the signature of Christ.
Likewise, our Christian life be signed with the 'Love of Christ'.
Let the 'Love of Christ' become an integral part of our Christian life.
Let every deed of our daily living exude the fragrance of Christ's love- to inspire and edify the unbelieving hearts.
Does your life bear the mark of Christ's love?

The Beauty of the Cross
Those who seek the world- the world offers comfortable life- a life
without the fear of God; a life without shame for sin; a life without
repentance for sin.
Those who seek Christ- they receive the Grace to live a 'life of Love' in this world and they receive the Cross1.
But the beauty of the Cross is- though the Faithful live in the furnace of suffering, nevertheless they exhibit the Peace2 and Happiness- a calmness in their soul. God grants HIS children the Grace to bear the burden and sufferings in this world- patiently and with persevering Faith in HIM.
The world3 is thrown in amazement and stupefied by the life of Faithful Christians.
1. The difficulties and sufferings.
2. Just like Daniel and his companions remained unharmed and at Peace in the heart of the fiery furnace- ordered by King Nebuchadnezzar.
3. Nebuchadnezzar- a prototype of the world.

Yoked with Christ
We feel the burden and difficulties of life, heavy and unbearable- because our life is not faithfully yoked with Christ.
Living our life by the standards of the world- life becomes burdensome and more complicated.
Life becomes simple, worthy and bearable by the standards of Christ- for HE who is Faithful is with us- always !

Jesus Christ: the Way, the Truth and the Life.
Jesus Christ is the 'Humble way' that passes through trials and tribulations of life- and endures it triumphantly- to Eternal Glory.
HE is the 'invincible Truth' which sets us free from every kind of bondage to sin and slavery to evil life.
HE is the 'Everlasting Life' which makes our life fruitful and alive- and leads us to Eternal Life.

Choose Life
There is a way1 which leads to death- satan makes haste on this way.
He always makes haste with all those who believe less2 in God's Mercy and those who want to make an end of their life.
Path which leads to life is- Jesus Christ.
Choose life.
Pray3 and hold fast onto God's love.
1. Unbelief in God; lack of trust in God's Mercy. Unbelief is darkness. In darkness, there is no light; there is no God- there is no life. It leads to spiritual death.
2. Judas Iscariot trusted less in God's Mercy and Forgiveness- and was lost to perdition.
3. Peter; Tobit and Sarah- they prayed- they didn't allow themselves to be overcome by frustration and depression of life- and were healed by God's Faithful Love and Infinite Mercy.

Human misery
The fact of human misery is- we fail to live daily in the love1 of Christ.
In the hardship and desperation of day-to-day life, we even become completely oblivious of Christ- the way of our life.
1. 'love', that assures us of God's presence in our life- gives strength and peace to our weary and troubled heart.

Christmas on the broad path
Christmas is the celebration of the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Christmas is the celebration of 'Maranatha'1 .
Christmas is the celebration of God's unconditional Love2 for mankind.
Christmas calls for tidying up of our lives; our faith; our Love for God.
Christmas entreats us to share the Love and Peace of Christ with the ignorant3 and unbelieving world.
Christmas welcomes us to follow Christ in simplicity and humility on the narrow path4.
Christmas invites us to celebrate the joy of the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, despite the difficult circumstances in our lives.
But in times now, everything has become counterfeit of true Christmas.
The meaning of Christmas is none but festivity, for majority of the people. For most people, Christmas takes the form of 'vanity fair'- shopping; festivity shows etc.
' Santa Claus ' has become the icon of ' festive mood ' rather than ' reverential figure '- bringing people to Christ.
Most of the Christmas songs celebrate the Christmas mood5 ( the festive mood ) rather than Christmas Spirit ( the reverence of Christ )- very few songs celebrate the reverence of Christ.
The festive mood takes the place of Christ- and Christ is almost forgotten. Christ is hardly, the focus of any Christmas songs.
Confession; Holy Eucharist and Christmas Mass is hardly in remembrance. The Church of Christ is completely forgotten- it is attended as a formality during Baptism; Funeral and Christmas.
Christmas is for those, who revere the presence of Christ in their lives- who put Christ in the first priority than everything else. It is not for those who are focused on merrymaking and festivities.
It is disappointing, that Christmas is celebrated by many on the broad path6- not knowing, that there is no Christmas without the presence of Christ in their lives.
1.Our Lord has come. And we continue to celebrate this feast in the hope of his second coming.
2.God so loved the world , that HE sent HIS only begotten son to save us from the slavery of sin and bring us to Eternal Life.
3.ignorant of knowing Christ.
4.God's path.
5.Christmas environment; silver bells; chestnuts; winter frost; sleigh ride; happy holidays; Santa Claus; snowman etc.
6.path which leads to destruction.
